Attorney Kathleen E. Bonville focuses her practice on the defense of physicians, nurses, hospitals and nursing homes in medical negligence cases. She also represents health care providers in licensing matters.
Drawing upon her education and practice experience as a registered nurse, Kathleen identifies key issues and develops strategies to achieve efficient, successful resolutions of her clients’ cases. Her record as a skilled trial lawyer in the complex area of medical malpractice litigation has earned her selection for admission to the American Board of Trial Advocates. She has also been selected by her peers as one of the top 25 female lawyers in Wisconsin.
A frequent presenter on current topics of special interest to physicians and nurses, Kathleen also works with risk managers to provide guidance on quality assurance issues. She is a regular contributor to the Wisconsin Society for Healthcare Risk Management Newsletter.
